Any misuse of the Service may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Compliance with Meta Policies

Customers using WhatsApp Business Platform, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Messaging, or other Meta-related services through Chatbot Gold are solely responsible for complying with:

  • Meta Platform Terms
  • WhatsApp Business Terms
  • WhatsApp Commerce Policies
  • Applicable privacy and data protection laws

Chatbot Gold is not responsible for any restrictions, limitations, suspensions, quality rating reductions, messaging restrictions, or account enforcement actions imposed by Meta.

7. Customer Data

Customers retain ownership of their customer data and content processed through the Service.

By using the Service, you grant Chatbot Gold a limited license to process, store, transmit, and display such information solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your customer data.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including but not limited to software, designs, logos, branding, documentation, source code, graphics, and content, is owned by or licensed to Chatbot Gold and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or resell any part of the Service without prior written permission.

We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, policies, or actions of third-party services. Your use of such services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

We shall not be liable for temporary interruptions or downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chatbot Gold disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chatbot Gold shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

In no event shall Chatbot Gold’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you to Chatbot Gold during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Chatbot Gold, its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable laws, or your violation of third-party rights.

16. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

17. Modifications to Terms
